After redirecting the high-temperature concentrated waste liquid discharged by E-MVR to the E-Evaporation Dryer, a negative pressure environment is created within the flash drum using fans, causing the high-temperature waste liquid to undergo flash evaporation inside the drum.

The substantial amount of steam generated during flash evaporation has its thermal energy recovered and is utilized to further heat the concentrated waste liquid. It will significantly reduce the energy consumption of the drying equipment.

This process continues until the residual moisture and other volatile substances have completely evaporated, resulting in the formation of dry sludge with a water content of 40%.
